You're Not Falling Apart. You're Transforming.

If things feel heavy or extra crunchy right now — you are not alone.
We are in the midst of a collective upheaval and evolution. And while we know intellectually that we are not separate from our environment — we often forget the full depth of what that means.
Not just our immediate surroundings. Not just our city or our country. But the globe. The cosmos. The planetary alignments and energetic shifts that mark this as a genuinely significant evolutionary moment. We are wired to feel all of it — whether we have language for it or not.
How are you holding yourself right now?
The last couple of weeks have been dark for me personally.
Familial relationships shifting and reorganizing. Business challenges. The perfect storm for every old hurt to crawl back to the surface and whisper — you'll never be good enough.
You know that voice.
Here's what I've come to understand about it:
Patterns don't always resurface because we've failed to heal them. Sometimes they return because we've grown enough to finally meet them from a new level of awareness. Another layer. Another invitation.
A test, almost. Will you take the bait this time? Spiral? Collapse under the pressure?
Or will you notice — with some hard-won clarity — that the voice isn't yours. It never was. It's an old program. A toxic ex that keeps showing up uninvited, convinced you'll let him back in.
The difference now is you can see him coming.
If you are experiencing any of the following — this is why:
Migraines. Unexpected tears. Sadness with no obvious cause. Depression that arrived without an invitation. Physical heaviness. Exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix. Nausea. The need to do absolutely nothing.
This is not breakdown.
This is your body going offline to metabolize emotional debris that no longer serves you. Creating space. Making room. The system doing exactly what it was designed to do.
Let it.
A few things to remember as you move through this:
You are not alone. As long as you are growing — these patterns will continue to show up. That is not failure. That is the ask.
Sit with the discomfort a moment longer than feels tolerable. Just a moment. That's where the shift lives.
Get curious about what is happening in your body. Add humour wherever possible. Your inner demon is far less terrifying when you can laugh at his audacity.
Rest more. Guilt less. Full stop.
Reach out for support. You were not designed to do this alone.
This is passing. You are transforming. Allow it.
🖤
With love from someone in it with you,
